Bitcoin (BTC), the oldest and most valued cryptocurrency in the world, began 2024 on a somewhat stable note, hovering around the $42,000 mark early Monday. Popular altcoins — including the likes of Ethereum (ETH), Ripple (XRP), Litecoin (LTC), Solana (SOL), and Dogecoin (DOGE) — saw a mix of minor gains and losses across the board. The 1inch Network (1INCH) token went on to become the biggest gainer of the lot, with a 24-hour jump of nearly 25 percent. The FTX Token (FTT), on the other hand, became the biggest loser with a 24-hour dip of over 9 percent. The global crypto market cap stood at $1.65 trillion at the time of writing, registering a 24-hour loss of 0.36 percent. Bitcoin (BTC) Price Today Bitcoin price stood at $42,353.25, registering a 24-hour jump of 0.34 percent, as per CoinMarketCap. According to Indian exchange WazirX, BTC price stood at Rs 37.54 lakh. Ethereum (ETH) Price Today ETH price stood at $2,277.07, marking a 24-hour loss of 0.19 percent at the time of writing. As per WazirX, Dogecoin price in India stood at Rs 7.94. Litecoin (LTC) Price Today Litecoin saw a 24-hour dip of 0.52 percent. At the time of writing, it was trading at $72.52. LTC price in India stood at Rs 6,472.62. Ripple (XRP) Price Today XRP price stood at $0.6121, seeing a 24-hour loss of 1.46 percent. As per WazirX, Ripple price stood at Rs 54.25. Solana (SOL) Price Today Solana price stood at $102.37, marking a 24-hour gain of 0.56 percent. As per WazirX, SOL price in India stood at Rs 9,000.01.
